Tom's passion for health and fitness has its roots in his athletic past as a player of AFL and cricket, where he developed a specialty in long-distance running and weight training.


Having grown up in Toowoomba and graduated from Toowoomba Grammar School in 2018, he went on to become a certified personal trainer, with qualifications in both Certificate III and IV.


With three years of experience as a personal and group trainer, he has a wealth of knowledge in areas such as general strength and conditioning, running, rehabilitation, and programming for both youth and the elderly.


In addition to his work as a personal trainer, Tom is also a budding filmmaker, recently completing his self-funded feature film, Erosion, in early 2022.


In his free time, Tom enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends. He also maintains an active lifestyle, running half marathons every weekend and logging over 30 km of running every week.


Given his passion and expertise, it's no surprise that he is the perfect person to lead our WTF RUN CLUB, held every Tuesday at 5:30 am. Due to its popularity, we are already looking to add another run session to the schedule.
