What we do..

We will help you achieve your goals in your first 8 weeks as we have done with 500+ people before you in the past 11 years.

Phone Consultation (optional)

In-person Consultation - Inbody Bio Scan, Goals, Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

3.

Free trial week + Free Nutrition Consultation

4.

Select a membership option & start training + Implement nutrition suggestions/plan

5.

After 4 weeks > Another Inbody Bio Scan and consultation

Repeat Step 4 and 5 until goals are achieved.

About Witness The Fitness

We started as an Outdoor Bootcamp running five 8 Week Challenges back to back every year in Bardon/Paddington and Hamilton.

With up to 100 participants in some rounds, we were ready to step up to having a place to call home: Witness The Fitness Transformation & Performance Centre in Paddington at Shop Shop 8 155 Baroona Rd, Paddington 4064 .

It is now our mission to prove to our members that living the lifestyle that they dream of is possible and that it’s not as hard or boring, as they think

If we know the how and the why, then it will become second nature – so we aim to educate our members to the point where they will be educating others as well.

Our training is evidence-based, specific and goal orientated. Tracked and ran by experienced trainers, majority have over 15 years experience, each. Our sessions include mobility, strength and conditioning/cardio.

Community is very important to us, with the power of peer motivation and careful instruction – personal bests and breakthrough movements occur on a daily basis!

Our members success is our success. Safety and longevity is our upmost priority, together we will eliminate every hurdle in our members way and ensure they reach optimal health – we want them to be the best possible version of themselves!
